About the Brand

Maasai Collections was founded by Elizabeth Warner under an acacia tree in the Great Rift Valley in Kenya. Born in New York and raised in Kenya, Elizabeth was touched by the spirit of Africa and continues to reside there, drawing her inspirations for the collection from her connection with the colorful landscape and indigenous people. She creates side by side with the Maasai women, giving them the opportunity to continue their ancient craft.

“The Maasai Collection is inspired by the colorful expression and spirit of the Maasai women. Their refined collaborations allow you to discover distinctive East African materials, from traditional kanga-printed kaftans to intricate metal beadwork. Employing the careful handwork of the Maasai women, the Maasai Collection celebrates and preserves classical African traditions.”
